What is your MOQ?
1,000 pcs per colour for private label. For stock models we can start lower — tell us the model and the market.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Stock samples ship in 5–7 days. You cover the freight, and we deduct it from your first order.
What is the lead time?
25–30 days after deposit for a private-label order. Repeat orders are usually faster.
Can you print my logo and packaging?
Yes: logo on the body, label, colour box, master carton and barcode. Artwork and Pantone are confirmed before production.
Which certificates can you provide?
CE (EMC/LVD), RoHS, REACH and UN38.3 for battery models, plus LFGB where relevant. Certificates are model-specific — ask for the pack that matches your market.
What are the payment and shipping terms?
30% T/T deposit, 70% against B/L copy. FOB Ningbo; CIF on request. L/C possible for larger orders.
